Can I return my order: MillysCottage-HB-May15-24

For non-personalised items we offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods, no questions asked. To qualify for this please contact us at studio@millyinspired.com within 14 working days of the dispatch date and tell us if you would like to exchange or refund your order. You then have 30 days to return your goods. Orders must be sent back in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund.

If a returned product is faulty, we will refund the original delivery cost, plus the return delivery cost. However we cannot cover the return delivery cost if nothing is wrong with the item.

Please note the only non-personalised items which cannot be refunded are: Food goods (including straws), special orders (including cut items) and all non-resaleable items (such as earrings).

Personalised items are non-refundable. In the unlikely event an item contains errors made on our part or it sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover any costs in returning the original.

How do I return my order:

Please contact us first at studio@millyinspired.com to get confirmation that your order can be returned. If the item is damaged we may ask to see a photo of the damage.

When you receive confirmation to return your order please return it using the original packaging. To receive a full refund it must reach us in it’s original condition.

For UK customers please return your order via your local Royal Mail post office. You do not have to send your order via a recorded service but we do suggest obtaining a proof of postage (our postcode is printed on your postal receipt). This means if your order is lost in the post you can send us a copy of this receipt and still receive a full refund.

On receipt of your order we will refund you using your original payment method.

Party in a Box Collection: Due to the nature of this product we understand it is not possible to return it in it’s original condition if the box has been opened. However we are still happy to issue a full refund if all the parts inside are returned in their original condition.

How long might my refund take:

Once we receive your returned order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This should then show in your account within 7 to 10 working days.

My Order is faulty – what do I do?

We are always sad to hear if a customer receives an item that isn’t to our high standards. If you received your order in the last 2 weeks then please contact us immediately and we can either give you a refund (not including personalised items) or a replacement. Once the initial 14 working days from the dispatch date has passed, your 6 month warranty starts. If the item becomes faulty within 6 months please contact us as we are more than happy to send a replacement.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, inappropriate use, third party repair or careless handling. The warranty on plated jewellery is limited to 2 months.

Christmas Returns:

Items purchased from the 1st October to the 31st December can be refunded anytime up to the 31st January.
