Commissions:

Do you make bespoke commissions /do collaborations?

YES. Gemma our resident artist/designer is very happy to do either. For more information please go to our Commissions page.

Delivery:

Can I change my delivery address?

We can only change the address if you let us know the same day as you made the order. Please email us at studio@millyscottage.com.

Can I choose a different delivery address to the billing address?

Yes you can. Please let us know when you place the order by emailing us at studio@millyscottage.com.

Can I order items to be sent outside the UK?

Yes you can. Please go to our Delivery Information page for more information. Postage for orders going to Europe is £4.50 per order, not per item. The rest of the world is £10 per order, again not per item.

How long will it take for my gift to reach me?

Which delivery companies do you use?

Can I add express delivery to my order?

You can add express next day delivery to your order up until the point it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to check via studio@millyinspired.com. We would then ask that you add the extra payment to your order via PayPal invoice.

Orders:

How do I send you the content for my order?
We will send you an email within 24 hours of placing your order to request the content. However if you would like to email it to us sooner then please send your information to studio@millyinspired.com.

When will I get to view my PDF Proof: 

We aim to send all proofs within 48 hours of receiving your order information but during busy periods this can take a little longer. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will make it a priority. To do this please email us at: studio@millyinspired.com .

I am a Notonthehighstreet.com customer and have a question about my order? 

I am sorry to say we cannot process notonthehighstreet.com order enquiries via our own website. Instead you would need to contact us via your online account with them. Alternatively you can speak to their customer services via: 0345 259 1359 or info@notonthehighstreet.com

Payment:

What sources of payment do you accept:

All online orders are processed through Paypal and Stripe.

Please note Paypal and Stripe accept all forms of credit and debit card, including American Express but not Diners Credit Card. Paypal also offer an eCheque but this is a slow payment option which takes the same amount of time as a normal cheque.

We also accept cheques but for both paper and eCheque, we cannot start processing your order until the cheque has cleared which can take up to 10 working days from the time we go to the Bank. Please note that if you are paying via cheque, on the rare occasions items may sell out whilst the cheque is clearing then we will either send back the original cheque or write you a cheque for the original amount.

Please make cheques payable to Milly Inspired Ltd then send us a message to request the postal address.

Why do you ask for my email address & telephone number when I place an order?

Should an issue arise with the delivery or processing of an order we would need to contact you to resolve it.

On specific gift items we also need to be able to email you a proof.

Can I order over the phone:

I am sorry to say we cannot take payments over the phone. If you wanted to email us your order details at studio@millyinspired.com we could then create an invoice for you so you can pay via Bacs transfer. However please note we could only start processing your order once the payment has reached us.

Gift Wrapping: Do you offer gift wrapping:

I regret to inform you that we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Opening Hours: 

We are in our studio from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday. Our Virtual team does work evenings and weekends to send you your proofs.
