Delivery Information

Delivery prices and times: MillysCottage-HB-May15-39

Please note the estimated delivery times stated below are from the time the order leaves us to the time it reaches your stated delivery address. It does not include the time it takes us to create and pack your order at our studio,

UK Delivery Options:

UK: Free postage or £8 for express delivery. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days.

Non-Mainland UK: Free postage or £8 for express delivery. Estimated delivery time: 2 – 3 working days.

Free delivery: Orders under £50 are sent via Royal Mail first class postage. Orders between £50 and £100 are upgraded to Royal Mail First Class Signed for. While orders over £100 will be sent using Royal Mail Next Day delivery before 1pm.

Express delivery: If you select this option at checkout we will deliver your order by 1pm the next working day.  To qualify for this, you must place your order before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm then it will roll over to the next working day. This option is not available if you have also requested to see a PDF proof.

Saturday Delivery:If you select this option at checkout we will deliver your order on the next Saturday.  To qualify for this, place your order before 2pm on the previous Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm then it will roll over to the following Saturday. This option is not available if you have also requested to see a PDF proof.


International Delivery Options:

Europe: £4.50 postage per order. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.

Rest of the World: £10 postage per order. Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 working days.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for, Tracked or Tracked and Signed For. We will send the order via the best option available for the delivery destination.


How long will it take to dispatch my order:

Non-personalised items, personalised cards, jewellery, Party in a Box items and unframed personalised prints that do not require a proof: 1 to 2 working days.

Personalised Prints that require a proof: We will have your PDF proof with you within 48 hours of receiving your order. You then have 48 hours to view your proof and request changes. If we do not hear from you then your order will be printed and dispatched. If you do request changes they will be with you within another 48 hours and then you are given a further 48 hours to make further changes if required. Therefore the dispatch time depends on how quickly you get back to us and how many changes you require. On average dispatch is 3 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Adding framing or canvas to your order: This will add on average 3 to 5 working days to the dispatch times of unframed prints.

What packaging do you use?

Cards and A4 prints: Cards are presented in a presentation bag. An A4 print is presented in a presentation bag  with backing board added. Both are then posted flat in small or large letter Do Not Bend Envelopes.

A3 and A2 art prints: Are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled and posted in a wide postal tube.

Framed and Canvas items: Are wrapped for a safe delivery and posted in a reinforced postal box.

Jewellery: Will be sent in a reinforced jiffy bag.

Can I upgrade to Express Delivery:

If you would like to add express delivery to your order, please contact us immediately on studio@millysinspired.com. We can add this to your order up until the point it is dispatched from our system.

Can I have my order sent directly to the recipient:

That is fine, please simply add their delivery address at checkout. If you do not want the dispatch note with prices added to the order please contact us directly on: studio@millyinspired.com.

Can I return/exchange me order:

Please view our Returns page for information on this as well as our 6 month warranty.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be the customers responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.

Over Christmas, delivery may take longer than the advertised estimated delivery times. International orders can also be delayed at customs so in both cases customers should take this into account when placing their orders.
